Inspiration and individuality is at the forefront of the tattoos I make. When working with me, I do my best to ensure proper communication and understanding so that I can make the best custom piece for you possible.
If you’d like to move forward with me, filling out an inquiry here is the best place to get started. Once you do send an inquiry form or reach out via one of my verified mehtods,
I’ll respond either within a few hours of reception, or at the very most a week. If you haven’t heard back from me after a week, feel free to email me directly at Zolhelios@gmail.com or DM on Instagram. I may not reply on weekends, or after 6pm on weekdays, but I will do my best to return your message within my business hours.
My pricing varies; I normally charge per piece, and pricing can vary on a variety of factors! If you have a budget to adhere to or have more questions, we can certainly discuss this via consult.
I do NOT make designs without a deposit/appointment being set.
Once a deposit has been set, it’ll go towards securing your first session and be applied your final amount. It is non-refundable.
Once we agree on the specifics of the piece, the date, and the time, you’ll receive a text and or email to confirm your appointment. If you don’t receive one, please let me know.
Your appointment is confirmed and booked once you receive either text or email notification, and you will receive another reminder electronically a few days near the day of the tattoo.
Depending on my current availability, I typically will work on the first draft for your tattoo sometime after our initial consult. The draft will be a rough thumbnail sketch or comp for you to review the direction and production of your piece. If any changes are needed, I’ll form another draft to send to you. (At max, three drafts will be made)
Once sufficient drafts are made and reviewed, I work on the final render of your piece. A photo of this will be sent to you to review a day before the tattoo. The purpose of this is to have a preview of your tattoo, as the drafts serve to facilitate any changes that may have been needed. If you require major changes by the time the final preview is sent, a reschedule may occur.
What to expect when working with me:
Responsible and thorough prep for your tattoo appointment is just as important as finding a trustworthy artist to work with! Failure to be ready for your session, especially if it is a longer one, can make for a longer and more painful session than needed and in the worst case scenario, can also cause our time to be cut short or rescheduled.
Often times, we want to prove to ourselves or our friends that we can sit for hours on no sleep, with hunger, dehydration, etc., but there’s no reason or gain from this. If you have a longer session (More than 3 hours) Booked, you MUST come with proper hydration and perhaps a snack.
Please refrain from drinking heavily the night before or being heavily caffeinated the day of. Eating an adequate meal before a large tattoo is a MUST. (We cannot outrun our bodies-getting tattooed on an empty stomach will catch up to you!)
Think of it this way; You wouldn’t show up to a marathon or a hike with nothing but hopes and dreams, right? Normally you’d bring sufficient food and hydration to be able to withstand the experience. Please do the same with your tattoo session.
If you begin to feel faint or unwell due to failure to prepare, you may lose your deposit and will need to be rescheduled.
To provide tips for my clients on better prep, I’ll be working on a new page as soon as I can for the best food and drink to have, what to avoid, and what to expect during and after your session, healing wise.
