Inspiration and individuality is at the forefront of the tattoos I make. When working with me, I do my best to ensure proper communication and understanding so that I can make the best custom piece for you possible.
If you’d like to move forward with me, filling out an inquiry here is the best place to get started. Once you do send an inquiry form,
I’ll respond either within a few hours of reception, or at the very most a week. If you haven’t heard back from me after a week, feel free to email me directly at Zolhelios@gmail.com or DM on Instagram. I normally will not reply on weekends, or after 6pm on weekdays.
My pricing varies; I normally charge per piece, and pricing can vary on a variety of factors! If you have a budget to adhere to or have more questions, we can certainly discuss this via consult.
Once a deposit has been set, it’ll go towards securing your first session and be applied your final amount. It is non-refundable.
Once we agree on the specifics of the piece, the date, and the time, you’ll receive a text and or email to confirm your appointment. If you don’t receive one, please let me know.
Your appointment is confirmed and booked once you receive either text or email notification, and you will receive another reminder electronically a few days near the day of the tattoo.
For the sake of efficiency of my other clients and workflow, I do not send out design proofs until a day before your appointment. When I do, it will remain a proof or a more finalized sketch; this is to allow any final adjustments we may need. The final render of the design will be seen the day of the appointment. I work in this way because it takes several hours/days to create finalized designs, but also to prevent my designs from getting taken to other artists. Also, this is to prevent a chain of changes from family and friends to YOUR tattoo, therefore ensuring it is as custom made for you as possible. I do NOT create a design without a deposit (nonrefundable) or appointment set. I show the design or draft normally a day before the appointment day.
